I remember a few years ago we found ourselves in a restaurant with a load of awfully behaving drunk English people in Indonesia. I pretended I was German and didn’t speak English just to avoid being anything to do with them!!!

That’s my idea of a romantic evening (well that’s now except for the presence of Mr. AA). But as you say, it can be a great reminder to make sure we never become THAT tourist!
