So glad you found the review helpful, and 4A sounds a really good choice! Hope you enjoy your flight.

I’m traveling alone, and it says Club World; the seating arrangement agrees with your description. I reserved a window seat, it looks like I should change my seat to 4A (last row) so I won’t be climbing over my neighbor for the midnight toilet break. Thanks for the advice.

Hi, a business class flight to Bangkok using Avios should be 110,000 Avios + £300 (ish). I think you must have selected a peak time flight, or one that isn’t in the Avios offer (are you booking for a departure in the next month)? I’d say that is way too many Avios to pay for just a £1,724 discount. I’d try selecting different dates to see if you can get a better deal.

It is our 68 anniversary and prefer to sit with my wife for 18 hours! I will never fly British Air again. Gougers!

And you were spot on with the configuration being so weird with the Club World 2/3/2 layout. It was so awkward to have to step over the passenger behind us to get out. And my husband who is 6’2” could not stretch out, which is why we paid the extra money for business class. We had a much better experience on our next flight on United where we had more room and no need to step over anyone. That being said, we booked BA for our flight next week because the times and connections worked best for us. I pray we are lucky enough to get the Club Suites this time around. Thanks again for the review.

Hi, that’s amazing and I’m sooo pleased you got that lovely 121 cabin, perfect! Yes the middle two make sense for a couple and there’s a screen you can have lowered for the flight so you can chat etc. Have an amazing flight! 😊

For a couple, do the two middle seats make more sense, or the seats across the aisle from each other? I haven’t seen them in person yet and can still change. Do the middle ones have a sliding wall or something so we can chat? Thanks!!

Although, I don’t fine it comfortable when seat lie flat to bed. It is narrow to even turn while sleeping. When I fly with Qatar Qsuite in my fast years, I have realised that there are much better hard and soft product other OW airline could provide for my journey. BA is great when travel intra Europe, but definitely not long haul for me.

Not sure if Amex Companion vouchers are usable to upgrade??. You told us of a difference club Suites makes and l will certainly be checking seat configuration to decide.
Thank you
