The United Kingdom
My home – explore to find everything from the best guides to major cities, to off the beaten track sights and the prettiest villages across the country. I’d love you to discover more of my home.
Croatia
Home to incredible cities, old towns and a stunning coast line, it’s easy to see why Croatia tops so many lists of European holiday destinations.
France
One of the most romantic countries in the world, France has so much to offer in Paris and beyond. Highlights of my trips to France include the Palace of Versailles and Bastille Day in Carcassonne.
Slovenia
One of Europe’s hidden gems, Slovenia packs a punch for its size. Small and easy to explore, don’t miss the beautiful sights from Ljubljana to Lake Bled and Postojna Cave.
Costa Rica
Known for its bio-diversity and eco-tourism credentials, Costa Rica offers lush rainforest, stunning beaches and so much wildlife – making it one of the most beautiful countries in the world.
Switzerland
Switzerland, despite being expensive, offers lots to visitors – especially its epic mountains, views and alpine villages. Beyond that there are modern cities with world class museums and attractions.
Estonia
Estonia forms part of the Baltic States, and is another incredible slightly off the beaten track destination. If you’re heading for Tallinn, Tartu or the National Parks, click above for more info.
Lithuania
In my top 5 countries in the world, Lithuania offers everything from amazing cities to picturesque coast line, castles and even one of the most impactful places I’ve ever been – a giant hill covered in crosses.
Germany
My second home, Germany will always hold a place in my heart. I’ve travelled it extensively and am constantly adding to my Germany archives – from Berlin to Baden Baden, I’ve got you covered.
Thailand
The most beautiful beach and relaxation destination I’ve ever been to, Thailand is great for island hopping, food, incredible temples and of course the Elephants. Add to that well priced hotels and it’s a perfect choice.
Hong Kong
The most read post on my blog is my 2 day Hong Kong itinerary so I hope it can inspire a trip. Throw in the 10,000 Buddha’s Monastery or a trip to Lantau Island and it’s an awesome layover choice.
Netherlands
Whether you want to stroll the canals of Amsterdam, have historic castles to yourself or cycle round the windmills, the Netherlands has lots of amazing places to explore.
